The Cathedral is at the heart of the community in Llandaff and is the Mother Church for the Diocese of Llandaff. We welcome many different community groups who gather in the Cathedral and in our Parish Hall, offering great opportunities to meet others.

Llandaff Cathedral Community Council
The LCCC is an elected body which works with Chapter on advising and developing its strategy.

Young Cathedral Council
The Young Cathedral Council consists of young people aged 10-15 and enables them to get involved in organising events and promoting their ideas in the Cathedral community.

Cathedral Kids
The Cathedral Kids toddler group gives mums and dads an opportunity for their children to play together in a safe and fun environment. They meet from 9.15am to 11am each Wednesday morning in term-time.

Sunday Morning Sherry
Following the 11.00am Choral Eucharist each week, join our community in the Lady Chapel for Sherry and soft drinks!

Eco-Church Group
The Eco-Church Group is a committee of ambitious people who aim to reduce the Cathedral’s carbon footprint and promote environmental issues. They achieved the A Rocha UK Bronze Award for the Cathedral and are now working towards the Silver Award!

Mothers' Union
Llandaff has an active branch of the Mothers’ Union and meets regularly as well as holding services in the Cathedral
