Equality, diversity and inclusion is at the heart of The Dean and Chapter of Llandaff
Cathedral’s mission and is embedded within our DNA. The Dean and Chapter of
Llandaff Cathedral has a unique opportunity to effect positive change within society
and we recognise that in order to reach our maximum potential as a charity, we
need to foster the same ideologies within our own working practices.

This policy extends to those employed by The Dean and Chapter of Llandaff
Cathedral, our trustees, volunteers, those on external/internal secondments or
work placements, our customers and suppliers and all third parties carrying out
operations in the name of The Dean and Chapter of Llandaff Cathedral, collectively
referred to as ‘our people’.
